Hole Six - 543 Yard Par 5, HCP M-5, W-3

There’s a great view of the length of the hole from the raised tee on this par five. The drive zone is guarded left by a long bunker and the second landing area features a kettle hole along its right side. The third shot is to a raised green framed left and right by bunkers.

This hole is named for Captain George Crocker: 1820-1883

Apparently had an odd affinity for the letter E: He commanded the Edwin Forrest and Expounder, and died aboard the Electra.

There was a 40 minute frost delay, but the courses are now open and carts are available.

Golf carts are available for 18-holes before 12 p.m. and 9-holes before 2 p.m. 

The water filling station on Port has been shut down for the season.
