Another hole where accuracy off the tee is more important than length, especially when you factor in a green that is guarded by a mature oak short and left and a yawning bunker right front.

This hole is named for Captain Solomon Foster: 1785-1834

A man who loved a good challenge, Foster took on a difficult packet ship just as they began hitting the Cape’s shores.

There was a 40 minute frost delay, but the courses are now open and carts are available.

Golf carts are available for 18-holes before 12 p.m. and 9-holes before 2 p.m. 

The water filling station on Port has been shut down for the season.
